Accessibility Basics
The Accessibility Basics package includes an overview of what areas of accessibility can be improved in your environment. This package is ideal for small organizations who are new to accessibility or who are looking for a general assessment.

A comprehensive tour of your facilities to identify the main successes and barriers to meaningful access.

A virtual discussion of approximately one hour to share findings and provide recommendations.

A short summary with recommendations and resources (1-3 pages).
Accessibility Intermediate
The Accessibility Intermediate package includes a detailed assessment of your current state of accessibility along with professionally documented recommendations and resources. This package is ideal for organizations of all sizes who have a strong desire to improve and implement meaningful access.

A virtual discussion of approximately one hour to discuss your current state of accessibility, answer any of your questions related to accessibility and disability, training opportunities and specific policies and laws that apply to your organisation.

A comprehensive tour of your facilities to identify main successes and barriers to meaningful access.

A summary of recommendations and resources with a comprehensive description of your legal obligations regarding accessibility and human rights (5-7 pages).
Accessibility Advanced
The Accessibility Advanced package includes a detailed tour of your facilities as well as a detailed assessment of your current level of accessibility using Canada’s most advanced accessibility standards known as CSA B651-18 (Accessible Design for the Built Environment). This package is ideal for organizations of all sizes who have a strong desire to implement meaningful access and who fall within provincial or federal jurisdiction.

A virtual discussion of approximately 90 minutes (or 2 discussions of 45 minutes) to discuss your current state of accessibility, answer any of your questions related to accessibility and disability, training opportunities and specific policies and laws that apply to your organisation.

A detailed tour of your facilities including vehicular access, exterior approach and entrance, exterior and interior circulation, emergency systems and any additional space (i.e., residential units, trails and pathways, playgrounds, workstations, etc.).

A detailed report that identifies successes, barriers to meaningful access and recommended improvements using CSA B651-18 (Accessible Design for the Built Environment) requirements (18+ pages).
